My First Tournament Outside the Rafael Nadal Academy in Spain
This was my first competition outside the Rafael Nadal Academy, and I was fortunate enough to win. It’s the first time I’ve ever held such a large trophy. The opponents were tough and skilled, but I managed to showcase the results of my regular training. I’m deeply grateful to my coach in Japan, who laid the foundation of my tennis skills, and to the coaches at the Rafael Nadal Academy who built on that foundation and taught me invaluable lessons.
More than the thrill of victory, what made me happiest was the support and joy of my peers, even in a place far from Japan.
