Hypoxic and Hyperoxic Training

Creating the ideal body is the most challenging part.

Today, I had a secret training session at AOR Sakuranomiya (Air Oriented Room).

I did some light running in the hypoxic room, followed by stretching in the hyperoxic room. After that, I focused on muscle transmission training in the hypoxic room.

In the very clean and well-equipped facility, I received precise training from Mr. Onsho. The staff members were also very kind, and I am grateful to them.

I learned that building muscle is surprisingly easy; the key is understanding how to efficiently transmit force and build a body that avoids injuries.

Creating the ideal body is the most challenging part.
